Wayne "Duke" Sharps is a character that appears in the novel, Full Force and Effect.
Biography
Sharps is a former FBI agent. He later founded an American-based firm called Sharps Global Intelligence Partners which specialized in corporate espionage and investigations. In 2010, Sharp's firm was hired by Mexican mining mogul Oscar Roblas de Mota to oversee the mining operations in the city of Chongju, North Korea.
