Carlos Larson is a character that appears in the novel, Clear and Present Danger.
Biography
In 1988, Larson was a CIA operative working undercover in Colombia as a general-aviation pilot and flight instructor. This allowed him to regularly do business with the Colombia Cartel and gather intelligence.
