Captain Ricardo Ramirez is a character that appears in the novel, Clear and Present Danger, and the film of the same name.
Biography
A member of the United States Army, Ramirez was put in charge of a small black ops team in 1988 whose mission was to undertake a secret anti-drug operation in Colombia under the direction of the CIA. Ramirez was later killed during a firefight with cartel mercenaries.
