Arthur Holden (born August 28, 1959) is a Canadian actor, voice actor, and writer. He is best known for his voice roles in children's shows. He has also had writing and acting roles in film, television and theatre.
Holden protrays an associate of Richard Dressler in the film, the The Sum of All Fears.. Of his many voice roles, Holden has also voiced several characters in Tom Clancy's properties such as Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell, Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six 3: Black Arrow, and Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Vegas.
