Elżbieta "Ela" Bosak is a member of Rainbow Blue Squad and is a character featured in Tom Clancy's Elite Squad.

She was introduced to the game alongside her sister Zofia in the October 8th, 2020 update. Ela is unlocked with 100 intel which can be obtained from the Sibling Rivalry event and the Ela, Zofia, and Warning Bells Ordnance Boxes.

Biography

Template:CWMainSpecialized at intelligence extraction and sabotaging enemy supply routes, Poland born Elżbieta Bosak is fueled by determination to win. Groomed for military life from a young age by her GROM Commander father and WWII veteran grandfather, Elżbieta is a seasoned pro with a low tolerance for-and even outright defiance against-any teammate she doesn't respect.

Elżbieta's expertise was honed by a lifetime of military Academies, PMC tours, GROM special operations, and joint combat missions with the legendary Ghosts, including Operation Orange Sky. Recently, while on a mission with Rainbow Six, Elżbieta discovered evidence of a secret ObtainR operating base located in Poland. She's requested to join Elite Squad knowing that her insurgency operations background will be an asset. Furious that P9 this could have happened under her nose, Elżbieta has sworn to rid her country of the ObtainR threat, no matter the cost.

INSTANTLY RELOADS, gaining +40% CRITICAL CHANCE for 3 seconds, and targets the enemy with the lowest HEALTH, receiving TAUNT IMMUNITY for the ability's duration. If Zofia is in the squad, she will focus the same target and receive TAUNT IMMUNITY for the ability's duration.
Grzmot Mine (Passive)	File:Grzmot.png	Rank 4 All CONTROL effects received by Zofia or herself have their DURATION reduced by 30% (stacks with Zofia's passive). Ela has 3 Grzmot Mines planted at occupied enemy cover positions. When an enemy prepares an ABILITY while in a m radius around a mine, they trigger it, making it detonate. Mines inflict 30% ABILITY DAMAGE to all enemies in am radius, and grant +50% ARMOR PENETRATION for 5 sernnds to all allies tornetinn hit enemies Multiple mines can be triggered at once. Any mine that detonates is immediately replaced with a new one.
