Felicia "Firebrand" Jacobs is a member of the Cleaners and is a character featured in Tom Clancy's Elite Squad.

Biography

"Eager" is how her teammates describe Felicia Jacobs. Always the first to join initiatives, always the first to rush into action. Born in Brooklyn into a family with six brothers, Jacobs was used to elbowing her way past them to get what she wanted. Her natural tenacity was not unnoticed by her gym coach, and soon enough, she combined her elbow work with devastating kicks as she shot through the ranks of competitive kickboxing.

When the Green Poison hit New York, fighting her way out wasn't an option. Jacobs saw no one taking action except Joe Ferro and his Cleaners, so joining him felt right. Years later, she has realized just how her fervor got her and others in trouble. Enlisting as a member of Elite Squad, Jacobs now seeks to undo the damage she's caused.

Viking Funeral (Passive)		If the current target is BURNING and below 20% HEALTH, throws an INcendiary Grenade at the target, EXECUTING them and BRUNING all enemies in a SMALL RADIUS for 40% ABILITY POWER over 6 SECONDS.
