Colonel Alain DuBarry of Enforcer Battlegroup 10 was born in Chantilly, France and joined the Gendarmerie Nationale in 1990 as a computer crimes specialist. In 1996 he joined the Groupe d'Intervention Grendamerie Nationale (GIGN), France's elite counter-terror unit. After spending a few years as an electronics specialist for Rainbow. He became one of the founding members of the Enforcer Corps. His background in computers and surveillance has made him an especially circumspect commander.
