Colonel Guillaume Delas heads up Enforcer Battlegroup 28. He began his career in 1997 with the Chasseurs Alpins, an elite mountain infantry unit of the French Army. He soon became involved in many UN peacekeeping operations. In 2004 Delas was deployed to Haiti as part of "Force Licorne," and in 2006 he was sent to the Lebanon-Israel border. As a commander, he is equally suited to offensive and defensive operations.
