Captain Frances "CLAW" Montaigne is a character that appears in the novel, Clear and Present Danger.
Biography
In 1988, Montaigne was a USAF pilot for a MC-130E Combat Talon. During John Clark's rescue mission to military personnel in Colombia, Montaigne provided refueling and communication services to Paul Johns' helicopter.
