Delos Defense Incorporated is a private military corporation created by Colonel Frank "Rainmaker" Ostreger following his departure from the United States Air Force. By the time of the near future, his diplomatic team had stirred up 16 conflicts. Rainmaker created a fleet of UAVs and started a covert war with H.A.W.X. squadron, but in the end his hidden base was destroyed and he was killed.

Twister was one of his pilots.
