Henry Towers is a character that appears in the novel, Against All Enemies.

Biography

In 2008, Towers worked for the U.S. Border Patrol. He was later assigned as the head of Task Force Juarez. The purpose of the joint task force was to bring down the Juarez drug cartel in Mexico and Colombia. This involved playing them off against the rival Sinaloa cartel by discreetly helping the latter.
