Paul Brown is a character that appears in the novel, Point of Contact.
Biography
In 1985, Brown was work as a CIA officer. He later saved U.S. Senator Weston Rhodes from an ambush by Bulgarian intelligence officer Tervel Zvezdev while Sofia, Bulgaria. Brown had thought he had killed Zvezdev and was unaware that he had survived.
Point of Contact
By 2011, Brown had left the CIA and became a forensic accountant for Hendley Associates, the cover of the black-ops intelligence agency known as The Campus.
