Kevin O'Donnell briefly contemplated setting up an RPG-7 to blow up Old Bailey and interrupt the trial of his cohort Sean Miller, but decided not to as it would have been a suicide mission, and he did not believe in those.
Almost a year later during the attack on the Ryan estate, Sean Miller fired one down the road at a pair of Maryland State Police cars, destroying them both and killing their occupants instantly.
