Óscar Roblas de Mota is a character that appears in the novel, Full Force and Effect.
Biography
A billionaire, Mota is the President of a mining company called New World Metals LLC. In 2010, he was contacted by Ri Tae-jin and Hwang Min-ho of North Korea. Both men convinced Mota to invest North Korea’s mining operation in the city of Chongju and facilitate the acquisition of the necessary equipment and skilled labor. Mota then hires Duke Sharps, head of Sharps Global Intelligence Partners, to oversee the operation.
