Cecilia "Sissy" Jackson is the widow of the late US President Robby Jackson and former First Lady of the United States. She and Robby are the lifetime friends of Jack Ryan and his family: including his wife Cathy and children Sally, Jack Jr, Katie and Kyle. Also friends of John Clark and his family, including his wife Sandra and children Margaret and Patricia and John's co-worker Domingo Chavez, who's also Patsy's husband.
