Usage
To use this template place a {{ban|REASON FOR BAN|LENGTH OF BAN}} at the top of a blocked/banned user or user talk page. This template should only be placed on user or user talk pages by an administrator of the Tom Clancy Wiki, and it should not be used as a "decoration". Note that after being placed on an individuals pages, it may be up to that users to remove the template from their page.
