Felicia Rodriguez is a character that appears in the novel, Command Authority.
Biography
In 2010, Rodriguez was a stundent at the University of Kansas. She later met with FSB agents and was tasked with poisoning former SVR Chairman Sergey Golovko who was scheduled to make a speech at the University a few day later. She did this by spiking a sprite she had given as he was going on stage with polonium. Russian President Valeri Volodin used Golovko's poisoning to blame the United States and use it as justification to invade Ukraine.
