Kate Walker is a character that appears in the novel, Commander in Chief. She is the wife of BlackHole Bitcoin Exchange CEO Terry Walker.

Biography

In 2010, Kate and her son Noah Walker were kidnapped by Andrei Limonov. This was done in order to coerce Terry with agreeing to move eight billion dollars for Russian President Valeri Volodin in and out of Bitcoin. Kate and her son were later rescued by Campus operatives John Clark and Adara Sherman.
