Noah Walker is a character that appears in the novel, Commander in Chief. He is the son of BlackHole Bitcoin Exchange CEO Terry Walker.
Biography
In 2010, Noah and his mother Kate Walker were kidnapped by Andrei Limonov. This was done in order to coerce Terry with agreeing to move eight billion dollars for Russian President Valeri Volodin in and out of Bitcoin. Noah and Kate were later rescued by Campus operatives John Clark and Adara Sherman.
