The PKM is a general-purpose machine gun manufactured by Kalashnikov Concern (formerly Izhmash) that chambers the 7.62x54mmR round. The PKM is an improved variant of the original PK machine gun. This weapon was made to replace the older Soviet RP-46 and SG-43 machine guns that were put in service during the 1940's.
Tom Clancy's The Sum of All Fears
The 7.62mm LMG is a weapon featured in Tom Clancy's The Sum of All Fears. The weapon is the only usable machine gun in multiplayer and CO-OP.
