Samir Kvržić is a character mentioned in the novel, Line of Sight.
Biography
In the early 1990s, Samir was the head of a local mafia and was a fugitive of Interpol. Following the death of Aida Curić during the Bosnian War, Samir saw an opportunity to change identities and murdered the rest of Curić's family. He then took the identity of Aida's father while his daughter Sabina Kvržić took Aida's identity. Samir kept running the Curić family's tour service but also used it to smuggle drugs, guns, and fugitives into the Balkans. After Samir's death, Sabina took ownership of the business.
