Biography
Yuri Zelin is the son of the head of the Federal Security Service, Nikolay Zelin. In late 2018, Yuri was present at a Russian Arms Depot in Syria. This depot was subsequently attacked by a team of Navy SEALs who were there to rescue a CIA asset named Randy and were led to believe that it was occupied by pro-Assad paramilitary members. Yuri was one of several casualities of the attack.
It is later revealed that the attack was the first part of a conspiracy by Secretary of Defense Thomas Clay to spark a war between the United States and Russia to boost America's economy. Yuri's death was purposely orchestrated so that the FSB's retalition against the SEAL team seemed justified, prompting the CIA not to investigate further.
