Captain Jeff "Bronco" Winters is a character that appears in several Ryanverse novels.
Biography
Clear and Present Danger
A member of the United States Air Force, Winters worked as a F-15 pilot in 1988. He was later assigned to EAGLE EYE which sought to have F-15 Eagles intercept drug flights used by the Colombian Cartel.
The Bear and the Dragon
Captain Winters continued to work as a F-15C pilot in 2001.
