Biography

Hakan is a taxi driver working in Adana Turkey, In 2018, he greeted Victor Polizzi as he left Adana Şakirpaşa Airport. Hakan offered to take Victor to Incirlik Air Base but was instead asked to be taken to Al Bab, Syria which was 332 kilometers away from their location. Hakan asked him if he was joking and if he was part of ISIS but was told by Victor that he was not. Hakan then told Victor that no one would drive him to Syria. This prompted Victor to flash a large amount of money. Without question, Hakan took the money and left the airport with Victor. The pair later arrived at Al Bab and Victor thanked Hakan before he left.
