Officer Moreau is a character that appears in Season 1 of Tom Clancy's Jack Ryan.

Biography

Moreau is seen stopping Ali bin Suleiman as he was speeding on a highway through the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes. Moreau asked Ali for his license and registration. While Ali was pulling the paperwork out the glovebox, Moreau notice that he be bleeding from his abdomen which was the result of a shootout with Jack Ryan a day earlier. Moreau then told Ali to stay in the vehicle as he returned to his vehicle to check the paperwork. Fearful of being discovered by Moreau, Ali pulled out his pistol and waited for Moreau to return. Luckily, Moreau was not aware that Ali was a fugitive and returned his paperowork. He then told Ali to watch his speed before departing.
