Dr. Mohammed Moudi is a character that appears in the novel, Executive Orders.
Biography
In 1996, Moudi was doctor with the World Health Organization. Secretly, he was also an agent for the Iranian government. Moudi later learned that a nurse in Zaire named Jean Baptiste had contracted the Ebola virus. Moudi then visited Baptiste and extracted the virus, weaponizing it to deploy against the U.S. military in an attempt to stop them from interfering with the United Islamic Republic's invasion of Saudi Arabia and Kuwait.
It is never stated what happened to him after the UIR was defeated. However, the UIR was required to extradite the perpetrators of the Ebola attacks to the United States for prosecution. Moudi was presumably among those extradited.
