Biography

Alexandre is a former Colonel in the U.S. Army. In 1996, he worked as an associate professor of the infectious diseases department at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. He was later appointed Surgeon General of the United States by President Jack Ryan for his efforts in handling the Ebola epidemic.
