Peter Holbrook is a character that appears in the novel, Executive Orders.

Biography

An anti-government extremist, Holbrook plotted to kill President Jack Ryan in 1996 by using a cement truck loaded with explosives. Holbrook and his accomplice Ernest Brown were later arrested by the police.
