Dr. Manfred Fromm is a character that appears in the novel, The Sum of All Fears.
Biography
A German engineer, Dr. Fromm was a terrorist who was recruited in 1991 by Günther Bock to assist in rebuilding and improving a captured Israeli nuclear weapon. Fromm was later executed by Bock's men after his services were thought to be complete, unaware that Dr. Fromm was not yet finished with the bomb.
