Walter Hoskins

Walter Hoskins is a character that appears in the novel, The Sum of All Fears. In 1991, he was the FBI Special Agent in Charge (SAC) of a small FBI field office near the Canadian border, promoted to Assistant SAC Denver in charge of corruption cases.
