Petra Hassler-Bock is a character that appears in the novel, The Sum of All Fears.
Biography
Petra was a member of the Red Army Faction alongside her husband, Günther Bock. Following the collapse of Marxism, Petra was arrested, leading to her suicide and the death of her children. Günther subsequently went into hiding until 1991 when he learned that the Soviet Union had joined forces with the United States to combat terrorism.
