Milinov is a character that appears in the film, The Sum of All Fears.
Biography
In 2002, Milinov worked as a nuclear weapons scientist specializing in detonators at the top Russian nuclear weapons facility. In September 2002, Milinov and coworkers Spassky and Orlov were hired by Derek Olson to reconstruct a nuclear bomb that had been recovered from Golan Heights, Syria. The bomb was reconstructed by them at an old Soviet military base in Ukraine. Afterwards, Olson killed Milinov and his coworkers and took the bomb to ship it to Baltimore, Maryland. Their bodies were later found by John Clark who had previously taken reconnaissance of the location while Spassky was speaking outside with Olson.
