Bob Johnson
Bob Johnson is a character that appears in the Rainbow Six novel.
Biography
In 1999, Bob Johnson worked as a bartender at the Turtle Inn Bar and Lounge in New York City. One day, a rookie police officer entered the bar for coffee and and was asked by Johnson of anything noteworthy. The officer showed him a flyer of Anne Pretloe and then Mary Bannister and asked if he had recognized them. Johnson told the officer that he did indeed recognize them as regulars at the bar though he had not seen them for quite some time. This prompted the officer to reveal that both women had been kidnapped and that the police was currently working with the FBI on the case. The officer then told Johnson that men would arrive interview him about the women which Johnson agreed to
Some time later, FBI Special Agents Tom Sullivan and Frank Chatham arrived at the bar to interview Johnson. Johnson explained to both agents that the women were regulars who frequently flirted and danced with men and typically left alone. Johnson went on to tell them that he had seen man named Kirk with Anne the last time she had been at the bar and that he had also seen him with Mary a few times. Johnson then gave both agents a brief description of Kirk and agreed to speak with a sketch artist. Both agents then proceeded to interview the regulars at the bar to see if anyone knew Kirk and where to find him.
