Harry is a character mentioned in the Rainbow Six. In 1999, he was a member of Rainbow Team 2 under Peter Covington. During a training exercise that involved zip-lining down from a helicopter, he injured his ankle and was placed on the team's inactive roster. Harry's teammate, Miguel Chin, regularly updated Covington on his recovery.
