Dr. Barbara Archer is a character that appears in Rainbow Six.
Biography
Dr. Archer is a feminist who was recruited by the Horizon Corporation to work on "the Project". Following the development of the Shiva virus, she and John Killgore conducted a series of illegal experiments on human subjects with the virus.
